Located in a vibrant and historic neighborhood a few blocks from picturesque Cheeseman Park.  This well-maintained apartment building is a wonderful place to live.    

Every apartment is equipped with self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.  Laundry is located on the lower level.  Each apartment offers large closets and spacious balconies to enjoy the mountain views.   

The amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and locked bike storage. 

Our rental fees are inclusive: we pay for the heat, hot water, water, and sewer.  Also, we only charge a $43.00 application fee.  Every apartment is individually metered for electricity, so you only pay for your own electricity and cable.   Garage parking is $90.00 per month with a $45.00 remote deposit.  Surface parking is $65.00 per month.
