The De Medici is clean and well-maintained. Rentals include heat, hot water, air conditioning, and trash; tenants only pay for electricity and cable.  Underground garage parking is available at a nominal monthly fee, and an off-street parking lot is free. Other amenities include the low-cost rental of a guest apartment for your overnight visitors, an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and a full-service party room. The De Medici is located at Colorado Blvd. and I-25, within walking distance to the Light Rail, buses, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, public library, and a grocery store.  Sorry, no pets.
