Our rental fees are inclusive we paid for the heat, hot water, water, and sewer.  Also, we only charge $43.00 application fee.  Every apartment is individually metered for electricity, so you only pay for your own electricity and cable.   Garage parking is $90.00 per month with a $45.00 remote deposit.  Surface parking is $65.00 per month.
