Only 14 minutes (3.4miles) to downtown Denver and 7 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping and 8.6 miles to DTC.  It is conveniently located at I25 and Colorado Blvd making it an easy commute in either direction.  This well-maintained high-rise apartment building is a wonderful alternative to downtown rental prices. 

Every apartment is equipped with self-cleaning oven, icemaker, dishwasher and garbage disposal.  Laundry is located on every floor.  Each apartment offers large closets and spacious balconies to enjoy the mountain views.  Select apartments have working fireplaces. 

The amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis court, sauna, steam room, gym, pool tables. 

Our rental fees are inclusive we paid for the heat, hot water, water, sewer, and air conditioning. Also, we do not charge an application fee or maintenance fees.  Every apartment is individually metered for electricity, so you only pay for your own electricity and cable.   Garage parking is $60.00 per month with a $45.00 remote deposit.  Outside parking in the back parking lot is $40.00 per month with a $45.00 remote deposit.  We do not charge for parking in front of the tennis court.
