Only 14 minutes (3.4 miles) to downtown Denver and 11 miles to DTC.  It is conveniently located near I25 and University Blvd., making it an easy commute in either direction.  This well-maintained apartment building is a wonderful alternative to downtown rental prices.

Every apartment is equipped with self-cleaning oven, icemaker, dishwasher and garbage disposal.  Laundry is located on every floor.  Each apartment offers large closets and spacious balconies to enjoy the mountain views.  Select apartments have working fireplaces.

The amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, sauna, steam room, pool tables.

Our rental fees are inclusive we paid for the heat, hot water, water, sewer, and air conditioning. Also, we do not charge application fees or maintenance fees.  Every apartment is individually metered for electricity, so you only pay for your own electricity and cable.  Open lot parking is $50.00 per month.  Covered parking is $75.00 per month.
